No Need to Avoid the 2021 Hyundai Tucson
The Hyundai Tucson is a top selling car in America. It is a toter of toddlers, and carrier of camping gear, in addition to being a breezy commuter. Though its recent models haven’t exactly impressed us compared to others like the Hyundai Kona, the 2021 model year is expected to bring it.
For 2021, the Hyundai Tucson will enter a new generation. It is receiving upgrades to its exterior style as well as increased power. Though in the past it has been a little lackluster overall, the all-new 2021 Hyundai Tucson is set to impress.
The all-new Hyundai Tucson
Hoping to finally surpass its record sales year in 2018, the Hyundai will have to sell 142,300 units in order to top its own best sales year to date. Though the Hyundai Tucson beats the larger Santa Fe, it hasn’t beat its own sales stats for years.
But for the new fourth generation 2021 model, there are high hopes for sales success. The Tucson is in need of a good year. Though sales are adequate, the Tucson hasn’t exactly been exciting. Its gas mileage isn’t super competitive and the power under the hood offers little in the way of playfulness.
This 2021 Hyundai Tucson entering its fourth generation is expected to carry over at least one of the engines it sports currently. The third generation Tucson holds either a 161-horsepower 2.0L 4-cylinder or a 181-horsepower 2.4L inline-four engine that boasts increased power.
The 2021 hybrid Tucson has been spotted in Korea and will deliver more sensitivity to the Tucson’s acceleration, we just don’t know when we’ll see it in the US. The 2021 upgrades will focus mainly on the style and design of both the interior and exterior of the Hyundai SUV.
Though design will echo the past, it still looks as different as we should expect from a brand new generation of a well loved favorite in the SUV group.
Upcoming Hyundai Tucson could be super fast
The possibility that a Tucson N will stand to compete with other SUVs out there which offer wild amounts of horsepower. In a couple years we’ll be looking for Hyundai’s performance SUV.
This supposed Hyundai Tucson N will gallop with 340 horsepower –– a massive power upgrade to the current setup. This new N class could mean big things for other Hyundai models as well. A whole new line of performance oriented vehicles could follow the release of the Tucson N.
This future Tucson’s rivals won’t stand a chance. Rivals such as the Toyota Highlander and the Ford escape don’t pack nearly as much heat. They will remain in their hum drum class of good but average unless they upgrade their sub par engines to compete with the likes of the all-new Tucson.
Don’t Avoid the 2021 Hyundai Tucson
Backed by “America’s best warranty” the new Hyundai Tucson will most likely have it all. From redesigned interior to a completely new and improved exterior. The full re-model is a long awaited move on Hyundai’s part.
We are excited to see the 2021 (and beyond) Tucson hit production so we can finally find out what it’s made of. One thing is clear –– it’s going to be completely new and modern with brand new styling and we think it’s a needed improvement.
