Finally, the front seats of this Chevy SUV have 58.1 inches of hip room, and this helps the Traverse be a good option for tall and large people.

Overall, the Traverse is a good midsize SUV that is fairly affordable for the segment. It starts at about $34,000, and it has three rows of seats as standard. This will allow owners to seat up to eight people comfortably.

Currently, Chevy only has one engine option on this midsize SUV, and it’s a 3.6-liter V6 engine that gets 310 hp. It’s paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive is standard. All-wheel drive is offered as an option.

In terms of cargo capacity, the Traverse is also spacious overall. There’s 23 cu. ft. of space behind the third row, and when all of the seats are folded down, it has a max cargo capacity of 98.2 cu. ft.
