Off-roading isn’t something you typically associate with comfort or refinement. After all, Maybach doesn’t make a side-by-side (SxS). However, that doesn’t mean that SxS off-road vehicles can’t gain refinement while maintaining the formula that fans love. For the 2025 model year, that’s exactly what the Polaris RZR lineup targets.

Fans were understandably saddened when the Polaris RZR SxS dropped its intimidating fang lights. However, the sinister Shelby-esque fang lights are back for model year 2025. Paired with vibrant color schemes, the RZR lineup’s new look is a welcomed upgrade. However, aesthetic touches aren’t the only thing to take the RZR to new levels of refinement. 

For starters, the Polaris team listened to consumer feedback and tackled cabin comfort. One such improvement is a set of air intakes that funnel fresh air into the cabin. Consequently, riders tackling dunes in Arizona will have a much more pleasant time blasting across heated desert landscapes. 

Moreover, Polaris redesigned the seats for the 2025 RZR lineup with comfort in mind. Hopefully, your rump will thank them for that. Similarly, the RZR Pro R Ultimate offers heated and ventilated seats for the 2025 model year.

Cabin infotainment gets a noteworthy upgrade as well in the form of a Rockford Fosgate Stage 4 Audio system with a 10-inch subwoofer at the Ultimate trim levels. Further, the RZR lineup offers a seven-inch touchscreen display with the brand’s RIDE COMMAND system. 

Mechanically, the RZR rides on a similar platform with similar mills. For instance, the range-topping 2025 Polaris RZR Pro R still packs the 225-horsepower ProStar Fury 2.0 four-cylinder engine. However, the Pro XP now benefits from a lower-geared Pro S transmission.
