The Refreshed 2025 Ram 1500 Got 1 Hefty Price Increase
Even though we’re only a few days into 2024 we’re already checking out 2025 trucks. The 2025 Ram 1500 will be here soon with tons of incredible updates. However, the new Ram 1500 also has a higher price tag.
How much does the 2024 Ram 1500 cost?
The 2025 Ram 1500 MSRP is $40,175. Then the $1,995 destination fee brings the price up to $42,270. This is an $855 increase over the entry-level 2024 Tradesman model. Also, mid-ear price increases may make things more expensive later.
The 2023 Ram 1500 started at $39,500 with the destination fee included, so the 2025 model cost is up by $2,700 in a relatively short time. The 2024 model has only been out for a few months, and the 2025 truck will arrive during the year’s first quarter.
Opting for the Laramie model takes the price up to $62,025, and the Rebel begins at $66,190. The Limited rings in at $77,150, and the Longhorn starts at $77,645.
The top-spec Ram 1500 Tungsten model begins at $89,150. The most expensive outgoing model is the 2024 Ram 1500 Limited at $67,805. Also, the Limited trim is nearly $10,000 more.
We don’t have pricing for the Ramcharger, Ram 1500 REV, or RHO models yet. The Ram 1500 TRX was discontinued and will be replaced by the RHO trim. Details about the new off-roading truck have been kept under wraps.
Also, the Tradesman, Long Horn, and Big Horn models have a carryover engine. The standard 3.6-liter V6 engine with the 48-volt mild hybrid system cranks out 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque.
With trims like the Limited and Rebel, you can upgrade to the new Hurricane engine. It costs $2,695 and the 3.0-liter straight-six turbo provides 420 hp and 469 lb-ft of torque.
Higher trim levels, like the Limited and Longhorn, get the standard Hurricane High Output variant with 540 hp and 521 lb-ft of torque.
