SEMA 2021: This Porsche 911 By CSF Cooling Has a Luxury Handbag Interior
SEMA 2021 had no shortage of sweet builds, but this Porsche 911 by CSF Cooling had some surprise elements hiding inside. The body is actually a 1982 Porsche 911SC Coupe with a sunroof delete and some other surprises, like an interior that would make any luxury fan jealous.
CSF Cooling brought this Porsche 911 to SEMA 2021
The project by CFS Cooling was titled “The CSF 911: Backdate to the Future,” and for good reason. While it is a Porsche 911 underneath it all, the group worked hard to take elements of the supercar and turn it into something more unique. The company worked overtime to make the Porsche 911 ready for SEMA 2021 in only ten months.
Starting out, the group used a Porsche 993 3.6L engine with a ceramic coated case. The 911 also got upgraded big bore cylinders, an upgraded cross-drilled crankshaft, and some other upgrades. CFS Cooling added a Porsche 991 GT3RS titanium exhaust and 935 style exhaust tips from SV Auto for the back end. It also got a Porsche 993 GT3 oil pump, just in case. CSF Cooling added a dual-engine oil cooler system as well.
The Porsche 911 has a Maison Goyard interior
You read that right! The guys at CFS Cooling brought on Rogelio’s Auto Upholstery to utilize some luxury elements. Rogelio’s Auto Upholstery used authentic Maison Goyard materials from actual handbags to highlight the interior. The photos show that the seats, dashboard, and doors have bits from Goyard. It took over ten handbags to get enough material to make the interior as stylish as it looks.
In addition to that, the pockets on the doors come off. That means your co-pilot can take off the Goyard bag and take it out on the town. If you are the type to take off your steering wheel for showboating, you can take that off too and carry it around for clout. Instagram would love this one!
The seats are Sparco SPX Seats, and according to the company, the door panels are pretty cool. “Streetfighter LA Fiberglass Interior Panels, Wrapped in Alcantara with Deviating Stitching” highlights the doors. The headliner, dash, and the rest of the doors are also Alcantara.
Don’t forget the brand-new Rotiform wheels
This Porsche 911 also got some stylish new aftermarket wheels from Rotiform. These are the new CMP three-piece wheels, ceramic coated and anodized to catch your eye. The center locks are anodized Stanceworks Billet center lock wheel hubs with safety pins. This is the debut of these new Rotiform wheels, and they look great along with the other elements of the car.
If this Porsche 911 is right up your alley, we get it. It also comes with period-correct OEM green-tinted glass, which tells us no stone was left unturned in this luxury build.
