Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a living legend within the NASCAR community. A 26-time winner in the Cup Series, he racked up an endless list of accomplishments, highlighted by two Daytona 500 victories (2004, 2014) and a 2022 induction into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
The 15-time winner of the Most Popular Driver Award (2003-17) is commonly known as “Junior” in an overt nod to his membership in a multigenerational racing family that included seven-time Cup Series champion Dale Earnhardt Sr. The lineage dates back to Ralph Earnhardt and includes myriad other members.
Since retiring from full-time competition — but maintaining an occasional presence in the No. 88 Chevrolet for JR Motorsports in Xfinity Series competition — Dale Jr. has served as a broadcaster for NASCAR on NBC and made plenty of headlines on his popular podcast, “The Dale Jr. Download.”
