Ducati’s are a great sports motorcycle option with a wide variety of sports bikes and some exclusive limited edition options for collectors. It all began in 1926 when Anotonio Cavalieri Ducati and his three sons founded their own business that, at the time, did not even make motorcycles. The company didn’t begin making motorcycle related items until 1950 with the Cucciolo, which was engine capable of being mounted to a bicycle.
It wasn’t until the 1960s that the company made history in motorcycling by producing a 250cc road bike, which at the time was the fastest motorcycle of its time. In 1985 Cagiva bought Ducati and decided to keep the name after everything was finalized. In 2012 AUDI AG’s Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. subsidiary acquired Ducati and created a great prosperioous relationship. Ducati is known today for making great quality sports cars with a multitude of options to create a great experience of performance, agility, and speed.
