gv70
The Genesis GV70 is a compact luxury SUV model produced and sold by the luxury automaker Genesis Motor. The Genesis GV70 is sized and priced above the upcoming Genesis GV60 subcompact electric luxury SUV and below the Genesis GV80 midsize luxury SUV.
The Genesis GV70 was first revealed in October 2020, likely lacking a more grand auto show debut due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It premiered as the fifth model in the Genesis vehicle catalog and the second Genesis luxury SUV after the larger GV80 was introduced in January 2020.
The Genesis GV70 went on sale in 2021 and was named the 2022 MotorTrend SUV of the Year. Now, both the GV70 and GV80 will soon be joined by another sibling, the Genesis GV60 EV. Current competitors of the Genesis GV70’s compact build include the Acura RDX, the Audi Q5, the BMW X3, the Lincoln Nautilus, the Mercedes-Benz GLC, and the Volvo XC60.
