Hercules Electric Vehicles was founded in 2018 in Detroit, Michigan by James Beyer. The company’s first product is the Hercules Alpha high-performance electric pickup truck, while several other EVs are in development. The company ethos is designing a modular electric vehicle platform that can be incorporated into existing industrial and assembly production methods. As for its approach to EV character, the company wants Hercules EVs to simultaneously bridge luxury comfort, supercar performance, and off-road mobility and capbilities.
