The Lexus LFA was a luxury sports car model produced and sold by the Lexus luxury vehicle division of Toyota. The LFA is the second model in the LF high-performance division, following the Lexus IS F in early 2007 and preceding the Lexus RC F in 2013 and the Lexus GS F in 2016.
The Lexus LFA (Apex of the LF line) was first introduced through several LF-A concept vehicles that premiered at various auto shows in the mid-to-late 2000s. Finally, a production version of the LFA debuted at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show and went on sale in 2010 for the 2011 model year.
Envisioned as a global icon of the Lexus brand, the LFA received positive reception but didn’t generate enough interest to steer prospective buyers away from competitors. This led to the LFA being discontinued after its 2013 model year, but Lexus still hasn’t sold all of the LFA models it produced as of 2020. As for competition, the LFA’s brief run positioned itself against the Ferrari 599, the Lamborghini Aventador, the Nissan GT-R, and the Porsche 911.

Pros: The Lexus LFA luxury sports car is a performance dynamo with accurate handling, sharp agility and cornering, and a beastly and vocal V10 engine option. Additionally, its cabin is still well-tailored, stylish, and comfortable.
Cons: The LFA is very expensive, even for a Lexus model. Additionally, its single-clutch transmission lacks the versatility of modern options.
