The Tesla Model Y provides an amazing ride quality. Popular YouTube content creator Gjeebs found that his Tesla Model Y Long Range performed well both on road trips and driving around town. The Model Y Long Range goes from 0-60 miles per hour in just 4.8 seconds. It has more zip to it than most electric vehicles.

The Model Y’s interior and exterior both held up well after 30,000 miles. Ultimately, the Model Y proves that it is still an amazing electric SUV after packing on a substantial amount of miles in a short window of time. If you buy a Tesla Model Y, expect reliability for at least 30,000 miles.

How much does the Tesla Model Y cost?

Consumers can buy a Tesla Model Y Long Range for $54,990. The Performance trim starts at $61,990. Tesla claims that both Model Y trims are eligible for a $4,800 price reduction in tax incentives.

The Tesla Model Y was once sold for the same price as the cheaper Model 3 sedan in America, but Tesla has updated its prices. Now, the Model 3’s Performance trim is still cheaper than the base Model Y crossover.

The 2021 Tesla Model Y is efficient. Its acceleration is exciting enough for most consumers. All in all, the Model Y provides adequate value for its price.

Should you buy a Tesla Model Y electric SUV?

Tesla is currently producing more popular electric vehicles than any other automaker. The brand is still in its infancy compared to seasoned companies like Ford, but it has amassed a large following. Whether you should buy a Tesla Model Y or any electric SUV, for that matter, comes down to practicality.

Range anxiety is sadly all too common among EV owners. Consumers buy electric vehicles then often have to live with the fear that their vehicle will lose power while driving, creating an incredibly difficult scenario for owners.
