The Kia K5 GT-Line has a 2.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that generates 290 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and delivers 311 pound-feet of torque at 1,650-4,000 rpm. Additionally, while K5 GT is not available with all-wheel drive, it includes a sport-tuned suspension and paddle shifters for optimal performance.
Its entry price is a bit more, however, starting at $31,190. If price isn’t an issue, you might have a little more fun with this option. It’s great for families and younger drivers but also packs a punch.
Although this Kia K5 engine option isn’t quite as fuel-efficient as the midsize sedan’s base engine, there’s some good news. It doesn’t require premium gas, so you will certainly save some money at the gas pump.
