The Ford Bronco Is a Money Pit in a Positive Way
Brace your wallets because the Ford Bronco is back, and while it’s not too expensive, some of the higher trim levels will raise the price pretty quickly. However, that’s because the Ford Bronco has so many configurable options that you can build the adventurous SUV the way you want.
2021 Ford Bronco configurations
First of all, there are three different Ford Bronco models to choose from. You can go for the larger Ford Bronco with four-doors that start around $30k before the destination fee. The smaller Ford Bronco Sport starts around $26k, and the two-door Ford Bronco begins at about $29k.
The destination fee is about $1,400. Plus, these prices show the Ford Bronco costs for the base models before you start adding different options on. For example, if you want the Ford Bronco Sport to be an epic off-roader, opt for the Badlands trim, which starts around $32k.

With the Ford Bronco Sport Badlands edition, you get metal skid plates, roof rails, a 1” factory lift, and other off-roading goodies. There’s also the Wildtrack and Sasquatch trims available with the four-door Bronco for off-roading.
2021 Ford Bronco engine options and looks
The base model Ford Bronco comes with a 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine that pumps out 270 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, which is pretty powerful. You can also upgrade to the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine for 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque.
Also, the two-door and four-door Ford Bronco have a 7-speed manual transmission option available. The 7th gear is for crawling. There is no option available for a hybrid, diesel, electric, or V8 engine yet, but rumors suggest these options are coming.
The Ford Bronco was released with over 200 aftermarket accessories to choose from, allowing you to create the style you want. With seven trim options to choose from, you also get the choice of 11 different colors. Plus, you can pick between a hardtop or soft top.
There are also three different grille options for each model. You can have a grille that says ‘BRONCO’ across the center, the classic grille that is a throwback to the original Ford Bronco, or the custom grille that provides a more upscale look.
2021 Ford Bronco features
You can have the 2021 Ford Bronco interior that you want too. If you want leather seats and a refined interior covered in leather-trimmed or south touch materials, go for it.
Also, you can choose a Ford Bronco with durable, water-resistant cloth seats and runner mats too. The floorboard of the Ford Bronco actually has holes in it so you can rinse out mud.
The Ford Bronco comes with a standard 8” infotainment center, but you can upgrade to the 12” model. The dashboard has a row for mounting equipment, allowing you to place cameras and other devices easily.
With the Ford SYNC system, you can add an optional 360 view camera to see exactly where your tires will land off-roading. You can also store, save, and share over 1,000 curated trails with the navigation system.
