Under the hood of the 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, you’ll find a plug-in hybrid turbocharged engine that pumps out 375-hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. The Wrangle 4xe is expected to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 6 seconds, making it the fastest Wrangler ever too.
Even if the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon V8 concept comes out with 450-hp, the 4xe will produce 20 more lb-ft of torque. Also, the 3.0 diesel V6 engine only pumps out 442 lb-ft of torque. True off-roaders know that more torque is better for rock crawling and towing.
2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe fuel economy
The 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is expected to have a 400-mile range. That means you should be able to drive about 400 miles before needing to fill up. Also, thanks to E-selec driving modes, you can optimize your drive. You should get up to 50 MGEe, making it efficient to use your Jeep Wrangler for errands around town.
