Additionally, the 2005 model year takes the title for the most-reported complaint––haywire gauges. The 2004 model year, however, is the Chevy Cavalier with the most complaints overall.
Chevrolet Malibu
The second most complained about Chevy car is the Chevy Malibu. This is a popular Chevrolet model, so it likely comes as no surprise to see this one on the list. The Chevy Malibu shows 4,470 complaints filed on CarComplaints.com.
