The worst model year for the Volvo XC90 mid-size luxury crossover SUV is 2003. However, the model year that got the most complaints in general is 2016. The most-reported problem overall occurred in the 2004 model. Apparently this year for the Volvo XC90 mid-size luxury SUV dealt with a “sudden loss of power.”
