The Most Stunning Camper Van You’ve Ever Seen
Inside this woman’s Fiat Ducato Maxi there is a full-time home. Everything was thought out to the finest detail to fit her personality and her lifestyle. This is without a doubt one of the most stunning camper van conversions we’ve ever seen. It’s not just useful, it’s a pretty camper.
Thanks to Jordan Osmond for posting this amazing video of such a gorgeous camper. After taking a look at the versatility, sustainability, and customization that’s possible, you’ll be dreaming about your own van. This one proves that charm and utility can actually go hand in hand.
What is a Fiat Ducato Maxi van?
A Fiat Ducato Maxi is a large van typically reserved for commercial or conversion purposes. It’s the most common motorhome base in Europe. This van has been in production since 1981. The Fiat Ducato is not available in the United States. It is basically the same van as a Ram ProMaster. However, there are a few fundamental differences. Fiat engineers built the ProMaster with more brute strength. The design team change the interior far more than the exterior.
The Fiat Ducato is enough like the ProMaster that if you picture one of these when we talk about the European van, you’ll be on the right path. According to Allpar.com, the vans have identical wheelbase and lenth figures. They also boast the exact same amount of cargo at 483 cubic feet. There is one thing we’re sure of. This Fiat cargo van makes one pretty camper.
Who designed this pretty camper?
The owner of this stunning camper van customized this van completely. But who executed all of her imaginings? Roaming Wild Campers built out the entire thing. The owner, an artist, dreamed it all up and they made it come true. The end result is a highly functional, yet pretty camper.
Tons of drawers and cabinet house all of the necessities. There is quaint wood detail everywhere. There are solar panels up top for off-the-grid living. Additionally, there is an awning for outside space. From nose to rear, the Fiat Ducato houses this insulated minimalist marvel. But when we say minimalist we don’t mean stark. This stunning camper van, called the “mouse house” is tiny but the builders paid close attention to detail. It has to be homey for someone to give up their mortgaged house and move into a motorhome like this––and it is homey. It’s difficult to imagine not loving to live in this pretty camper.
From office to kitchen to bedroom
Every inch of this masterpiece is designed to maximize the way space is used. There is an offic area, where the owner can stand up and work on her business in the art world. There is a very usable kitchen with tons of pantry storage. The restroom is hidden beneath a bonus countertop area.
The rear of the 6 meter Fiat Ducato Maxi van camper conversion is where the owner rests her head in the master bedroom. It’s a snuggly haven that sits on additional storage. This pretty camper van is truly one of a kind. It will have you “oohing and awing” from the beautiful from door behind the slider on the side of the Ducato. Utility abounds in this well thought out tiny home on wheels. However, the character of the ‘mouse house’ lies in the beauty of its quaint design.
