The Rezvani Hercules 6×6 is, without a doubt, one of the wildest pickup trucks we’ve ever seen. For starters, the Jeep-based Hercules has six wheels, military-inspired styling, and FOX off-roading suspension. The Rezvani isn’t cheap, however, given that it starts at $225,000. There’s even a Military trim that starts at $325,000 and includes bulletproof windows and bodywork. According to Motor1, Rezvani’s CEO claims, “The new Hercules 6×6 is easily the toughest and most powerful production truck in the world.”

The Rezvani Hercules is more than just a truck with six wheels

Although there have been other production six-wheeled pickup trucks such as the luxurious Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6, the Rezvani Hercules 6×6 takes inspiration from military-vehicles. While the Hercules does use the same platform that underpins the Jeep Gladiator, the visual similarities end there. The Hercules has enormous front and rear fenders to accommodate the larger wheels and 37-inch off-roading tires.

Although the body on frame design from the Jeep remains, the Rezvani Hercules utilizes FOX off-roading suspension. According to duPont Registry, the Hercules features a set of Dana 60 axles complete with air lockers and an air compressor. If you opt for the higher-spec Military trim, you get doomsday ready options such as gas masks, underside explosive protection, a thermal night vision system, and bulletproof glass, to name a few.

In terms of the interior, Motor1 report that buyers get Nappa leather and a suede headliner. However, it is important to note that while the exterior does not resemble a Jeep, we can’t say the same about the interior. The dashboard looks eerily similar to what you’d find in the Gladiator. However, the leather quality seems to be higher, and there is what appears to be a larger infotainment screen.

The base engine is a 3.6-liter V6 developing 285 hp

With a base price of $225,000, you’d expect there to be a fire-breathing engine under the Rezvani Hercules’ hood. Unfortunately, the base Hercules counts on the same 285-hp 3.6-liter naturally-aspirated V6 that powers the Jeep Gladiator. While the V6 is fine in the Gladiator given its 4651-lb curb weight, we suspect the Hercules is heavier thanks to all of the added extras.

Thankfully, extra cash gets you significantly more power in the Rezvani Hercules thanks to various available engine options. According to duPont Registry, buyers can upgrade to a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 developing 260 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque or a 6.4-liter V8 developing 500 hp. However, the crown jewel is the 7.0-liter supercharged V8 with up to 1,300 hp.

Given the Hercules’ wild and expensive nature, buyers will likely opt for the fire-breathing supercharged V8. The Rezvani Hercules’ range-topping engine can trace its origins all the way to the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon. While the Demon had to count with 6.2 liters, the Hercules gets a massive 7.0 liters of displacement. According to duPont Registry, the V8 also gets a forged stroker crank, forged pistons, and a new camshaft. The result is an output of over 1,300 hp.

Don’t expect to pay $225,000 if you want any extras

Part of what makes the Rezvani Hercules so appealing is that buyers can customize it almost infinitely. However, don’t expect to pay close to the $225,000 base price. For starters, the Military trim with the military-inspired gear and bulletproof windows adds $100,000 to the price. Given the extents to which Rezvani went to achieve the massive 1,300 hp output, adding the powerplant won’t be cheap.

However, it is important to note that we’re not talking about saving money on your next daily driver. The Rezvani Hercules is extreme in all aspects. Given the price-point, potential Hercules buyers are hardly strapped for cash. So if you’ve got deep enough pockets, the Hercules is poised to be a tremendous off-roading behemoth.
