Notably, Genesis paired all 2022 G70 Launch Edition models with a 3.3-liter V6 engine. However, you can purchase it with either a rear- or all-wheel-drive system.

How limited is the G70 Launch Edition?

You’ll have to be quite lucky to park one of these special-edition luxury cars in your driveway. Genesis limited the 2022 G70 Launch Edition to only 500 units. The company stated it expects these models to arrive on dealer lots this spring. However, the automaker hasn’t yet released pricing details for this particular variant.

Car and Driver estimated the regular 2022 Genesis G70’s starting MSRP will be north of its predecessors. The 2021 iteration’s base price starts at $36,000, excluding destination charges. Meanwhile, top-of-the-line 2021 G70 3.3T RWD models begin at $46,200. Therefore, the 2022 G70 Launch Edition could approach the $50,000 milestone.
