The 2024 Land Cruiser is also optimized for adventure with the newest tech and systems like Toyota’s Multi-Terrain Monitor.

Specifically, the Toyota Tacoma and Tundra trucks and the 4Runner, Sequoia, and Land Cruiser SUVs. All body-on-frame vehicles are ready for your next escapade right off dealership lots. Even though Toyota has always offered a variety of trim levels to suit many shoppers, the 2024 lineup is even more dialed in for whatever your weekend might hold. One thing that sets all of these trucks and SUVs apart is probably the brand’s long history of reliability. With proper care and maintenance, these vehicles can still be your adventure wagon with 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Much of the focus is on the 2024 Land Cruiser and 2024 Tacoma, both of which will debut on television for the first time with the new campaign. Joseph Moses, head of Vehicle Marketing and Communications for the brand, says the automaker wants the campaign to inspire and excite shoppers about the tough new line of Toyota trucks and SUVs.

Toyota trucks and SUVs are the ultimate adventure companions

Even if you are unfamiliar with the current Toyota trucks and SUVs, the word “reliability” is never far behind. What is interesting about the campaign is that even though the emphasis is on people getting out into the world and participating in sports like mountain biking or rock climbing, it is all possible because of the trucks and SUVs.

How do you get to the mountain for biking? The Toyota Tacoma. And how do you get your bike to the mountain? Probably the Toyota Tacoma. The 2024 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter is an excellent example of this new focus on capability. Toyota even says it wants drivers to explore the wilderness with the new Trailhunter trim. Sitting at the top of the eight trim levels, the new Trailhunter is just behind the TRD Pro. It has the i-FORCE MAX hybrid engine setup for 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. The truck also gets a high-mount air intake, Old Man Emu (OME) 4×4 Suspension, and an electronic locking rear differential.

The 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser lineup focuses on technology and capability. On the Land Cruiser First Edition, rock rails, steel skid plates, and LED headlamps make life easier on and off the road. The Land Cruiser 1958 edition has optimized the view for better visibility off-road. Every trim level gets four-wheel drive, a center locking diff, and an adaptable two-speed transfer case. Toyota’s Multi-Terrain Monitor allows you to see outside the vehicle at multiple angles to determine where to go next. That was one of the highlights of the 2023 Sequoia TRD Pro after we drove it for a week.
