The Wrangler Rubicon 392 comes with a 6.4-liter V8 engine that makes 470 hp.

The Wrangler Rubicon 392 comes with 17-inch tires. Car and Driver tested it and found that the 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 could go from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. That’s an astonishing number for an SUV that weighs 5,259 pounds. The 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 also hit a quarter mile in 12.9 seconds, going 104 mph, and was able to reach 110 miles in 15 seconds. However, its top speed isn’t that much better, at just 112 mph.

It’s no surprise that Jeep would want to put out a direct competitor to the Bronco’s most robust offerings, as the Bronco is certainly the Wrangler’s biggest competition.

One selling point for the Wrangler Rubicon 392 over the Bronco Sasquatch is speed. The Wrangler Rubicon Xtreme Recon SUV made the times above, which was 2.3 seconds faster than the Ford Bronco Sasquatch’s 0-60 time of 6.3 seconds. The Bronco Sasquatch comes with a twin-turbo V6 engine that puts out 330 hp.

Is the Rubicon 392 worth it?

The 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 may be worth it if you love Jeep Wranglers and you also want your SUV to be super fast. It’s a supercharged Wrangler that could smoke the Ford Mustang Mach-1, but that won’t come cheap. Starting at $75,000 is quite a bit of money for an SUV that has only okay crash test ratings.
