Performing death-defying stunts on motorcycles isn’t a priority for most riders. They’d rather focus on safely cruising boulevards and highways. However, that isn’t the case for motorcycle stunt riders like Benjamin Baldini. They see a high-horsepower bike as a stage to destroy tires and wow onlookers.

Benjamin Baldini refuses to keep the shiny side up. He’d rather flip around doing stunts on his motorcycle

Motorcycle stunts range from the time-honored wheelie to Evel Knievel-ish distance jumps. However, some riders would rather scorch pavement and torture tires on closed courses. Such is the case with Benjamin Baldini, a motorcycle stunt rider with a penchant for beggaring belief on Yamaha naked bikes and custom sportbikes.

It’s not just athletic wheelies, either. Baldini drifts, spins, twirls, slides, and even jumps fat-tire sportbikes. He plays that clutch like a violin. Better yet, just when you think he’s going to dump the motorcycle and snack on some pavement, he clutches and throttles to safety. Well, long enough to do something silly. Check out one of his videos below! Don’t try this at home. Or on public streets. Or anywhere really unless you’ve got Baldini-level skills.

Of course, Benjamin Baldini isn’t the only rider with perception-challenging riding skills. For instance, French Pro Sportbike Freestyler Thibaut Nogues routinely defies high-speed crashes aboard world-class motorcycles like the Aprilia RSV-4 and MV Agusta F3. Better yet, Nogues will sometimes wear a full suit while sliding sportbikes around corners alongside supercars. The whole spectacle is very 007-esque.

Another French rider, Sarah Lezito, will slide, drift, and smash motorcycle stunts with the best. If you want to check out a little of Lezito’s mad skills, you can catch her work in Hollywood films. Most notably, Lezito doubled for Scarlett Johansson on the Harley-Davidson LiveWire in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.”
