Comparatively, the standard Grand Cherokee starts at $39,185 with the destination fees. Moreover, you’ll be paying $20,000 extra for a plug-in hybrid powertrain instead of a standard gas-powered one.
The Grand Cherokee 4xe comes with more equipment
You didn’t think the same equipment would come in a model that’s $20,000 more expensive, did you? Of course, the 4xe is not only a plug-in hybrid but is more premium than its standard variant.
