When multiple critics agree, it’s usually a good sign that it’s the best trim to buy. Edmunds says to buy this setup because it’s well-equipped and the least expensive way to get the upgraded Atlas V6 engine.
Standard SE features include LED headlights, a power liftgate, proximity keyless entry/ignition, heated front seats, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Other less exciting items are also standard, like a power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear window sunshades, and a 6.5-inch touchscreen. Safety features like forward collision mitigation, blind-spot monitor, and rear cross-traffic alert come with the SE trim as well.
