Also, the Ford Explorer has a good amount of pep. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in only 6.8 seconds. The Sorento takes 7.6 seconds to hit 60 mph, while the Tahoe takes 5.6 seconds. 

Because the Ford Explorer offers true four-wheel drive capabilities, it can go further than it’s competition both on and off the road. Its competition only offers all-wheel drive, which can be helpful in adverse conditions, but it’s also limiting.
