According to Consumer Reports, the Kia EV6 is a popular luxury compact sport utility vehicle. It received high scores on the road test and the predicted owner satisfaction areas. The predicted reliability was just average. The 2022 Kia EV6 Wind RWD has an MSRP of $47,000, but it is selling for 21% over that right now. Buyers are paying about $9,944 extra just to get into the EV6, which brings the price up to $56,944.

Beware, the Hyundai Santa Fe is one of the worst deals on new SUVs for July

The Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid has been a pretty popular option this year. It received the “green choice” award from Consumer Reports and earned a high score on the road test. The predicted reliability and owner satisfaction was average. Buyers of the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid Limited AWD found that the price was 20% over MSRP. That brings the price up $9,395 to an average transaction price of $55,405.

The Kia Telluride has been priced over MSRP for years now

It might be no surprise that the Kia Telluride is one of the worst deals on new SUVs for July. The Telluride has almost perfect scores across the board from Consumer Reports. Despite how updated this SUV is, it still has a reasonable MSRP of $33,390 to $45,190. In July, the Kia SUV is marked up 22%, an average of $7,470 over MSRP. That makes the 2022 Kia Telluride LX FWD jump up to $40,860.

The Kia Seltos is one of the worst deals for new SUVs

The Kia Seltos is a subcompact SUV with an MSRP of $22,590. It performed well on the road test, but at 23% over MSRP, this is one of the worst deals on the SUVs for July. Consumer Reports says that the average spent over MSRP for the 2022 Kia Seltos LX 2.0 AWD was around $5,252. That brings the usually affordable Kia Seltos up to $27,842.
