A Honda owner is shocked that a dealership crashed his car after he brought it in for a new tire
We trust auto mechanics to fix our cars and not cause damage when we go for repairs. However, this isn’t always what happens, as things could always go wrong. This happened to one Honda owner who took their car to a dealership for a tire replacement. The owner was shocked when they saw what had happened to the Honda vehicle.
Auto mechanics crashed this Honda owner’s car
According to Daily Dot, Dee (@autizzyskrr) took to TikTok to discuss how the auto mechanics at a dealership had damaged his vehicle. As mentioned, he only took the car in because it needed a new tire, which should have been a simple fix. According to him, “Dropped my car off to get a flat fixed, and they managed to back my car into the garage door at the dealership, shatter both of my tail lights and shatter the garage door.”
The auto mechanics at the dealership agreed to fix the car and gave him a 2024 Honda Accord to drive. However, the story doesn’t end there. The Honda owner says his mother went to check on his Honda vehicle. What she saw surprised her. They had the car parked in the parking lot with the trunk taken off, leaving it exposed to the elements.
Dee says in the video, “Hope—no, I pray it rains. I pray it rains. I pray it rains right over [the] top of that body shop and mildews the back of my car so I can keep this new f***ing Accord.”
Of course, it’s unclear how wrong the dealership was for leaving the car in the parking lot. They could have been waiting on parts. However, leaving the trunk exposed is a bit surprising. Sadly, this isn’t the first story this year of auto mechanics at a dealership damaging a car. Recently, we shared what happened to one man’s ultra-rare Chevy Camaro when two employees took it for a spin and crashed it.
