Getting an oil change is one of the best things a person can do for their engine. While this isn’t always cheap, most people don’t go to auto mechanics for this service expecting to pay an arm and a leg. However, this happened to one lady as the dealership informed her of severe transmission problems in her 2014 Nissan.

No one wants to learn that their car has massive transmission problems. According to Daily Dot, Nurse Tiff (@tiff.marieee) recently took to TikTok to share her experience with the auto mechanics at a Nissan dealership. She says she took the car in to have an engine oil change. However, she was told her car needed much more than that. 

They informed her that instead of needing an engine oil change she would need to have a transmission replacement. As everyone knows, this isn’t cheap and they told her the repair would be $6,000 for her 2014 Nissan vehicle. She then joked that they could keep the vehicle and that she would be buying another car instead of fixing the transmission problems. 

She goes on in her expletive-laced video, “Then they kill me, ‘Do you want to take care of that today?’ Do you take Robux? Monopoly money?” Readers should be aware that the video contains some harsh language.

It’s unclear which 2014 Nissan vehicle she has. However, quite a few models from the automaker have been known to experience transmission failure. The TikTok user posted the video asking for recommendations, so it seems she will be buying something else. However, many commenters suggested she take the Nissan elsewhere, as she could find a cheaper price.
